This wine is our savoury blanc, where texture and aromatic complexity bedazzle, and where vineyard and winemaking contribute equally. There’s an intense and seductive perfume of blackcurrant and white florals, while winemaking lends savouriness and flinty minerality.

2024 is our exciting debut from the Axehouse Vineyard, home to a hectare of some of the oldest Grüner vines in the country. This is a wine with full-bodied richness, vibrant yuzu citrus and white-pepper aromatics.

The Reed Vineyard Chardonnay is a wine of remarkable texture and depth. Its high-toned aromas of white peach, grapefruit, and grilled toast intertwine beautifully with subtle flint and silex complexities. The vivid, finely-tuned acidity carries the powerful yet restrained oak with precision and poise.

1x 750mL 2021 Settlement Vineyard Pinot Noir

Our Settlement Pinot Noir delivers black cherry, red and black berry fruits alongside a savoury seam of hillside herbs, forest floor and sappy spice. Firm, polished tannins and framed, integrated oak provide structure and tension.

A wine that embodies the region where it's grown. Our Element Vineyard Syrah offers beguiling floral and spice notes - violet, star anise and smoked black pepper - woven with black plum, lifted currant and briny black olive notes.

1x 375mL 2025 'Meta' Riesling
~ pairs w blue cheese + fresh figs, baked lemon tart

‘Meta’ is our botrytised, late harvested Riesling. Aromas of citrus zest, orange blossom honey and marmalade are poised against a luscious and pronounced sweetness on the palate which persists thanks to a backbone of enlivening acidity.

Our Reed Vineyard Chardonnay is guided by a single aim: let the vineyard speak with clarity while using thoughtful, but simple winemaking to reveal texture and depth.

Handpicked and whole-bunch pressed, the unsettled free-run juice was filled straight to French oak puncheons (40% new). Fermentation began naturally with indigenous yeasts and progressed long and slow without disturbance, followed by natural malolactic conversion in spring.

The wine spent 11 months on fine lees in oak to build mid-palate richness, after which it was combined, gently settled and carefully racked before being bottled unfiltered to retain purity, texture and the true expression of the site.
