Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order.  This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you agree to receive repeat deliveries. These deliveries are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select, and may be managed by logging into your account on our webstore.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for your selected subscription(s) on the frequency selected, with fulfilment of your order completed upon successful payment.

Our curated packs listed on our Patron Wine Club platform such as ‘Explore Blank Canvas’, ‘Blank Canvas White’, and ‘Blank Canvas Reds’ will be subject to occasional price adjustments as new releases or vintages are added and current vintage stocks are exhausted, reflecting the RRP release pricing of such additions and changes.

Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it before your subscription anniversary date. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or by logging in to your account on our webstore.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product that is in high demand or on an allocation-only basis, enabling you to secure the product before it is released to the general public. In these instances we will collect full payment at checkout, and fulfill the order at the date the product becomes available to deliver (the specified availability date).
You may cancel a paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you may not cancel the order, but you can request a refund on the terms outlined in our returns policy. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
