(translated) "Great aromatic complexity. Graphite, seed spices, burnt rubber, savory herbs, spices, burnt rubber. Intense and delicate. The nose is reductive and shy at first but explodes with time. Potential is very high.  Aromas of cherries and black fruits, with a slight okoshi-like savory note. The attack is supple and the acidity is fresh. The tannins are fine but rich. Needs a few more years of cellaring. Plum. Vibrant. Impressive acidity and tension, elegant as if it were a Pinot Noir (Yanagi)." 

We have a limited amount of this vintage remaining; perfect for throwing in the cellar with some for enjoyment now and the balance to mature over the next few years.
