2020 Blank Canvas Sauvignon Blanc 
'From the well-drained fertile soils of Dillons Point. Rich, concentrated sauvignon blanc with green capsicum, passionfruit, subtle box hedge flavours and a pleasing saline-mineral character. Good purity and mouth-watering, fruity acidity.' 95 POINTS

2018 Blank Canvas 'Abstract' Sauvignon Blanc
'Made with 100% wild yeast fermentation in seasoned French oak puncheons followed by maturation in oak for 15 months. The wine retains its capsicum, passionfruit varietal identity that contrasts with nutty, ginger yeast lees character and subtle oyster-shell, mineral flavour. A complex wine with a pleasing texture.' 95 POINTS 

2018 Blank Canvas 'Una Volta' Pinot Noir 
'Una Volta means One Off, which is self-explanatory. From a vineyard in Queensberry halfway between Wanaka and Cromwell. Creamy-textured pinot noir with ripe plum, dark berry, liquorice, anise and spicy flavours. A classic 'iron fist in a velvet glove' with seemingly good cellaring prospects.' 95 POINTS
